Privacy Policy

This policy explains how I Wanna Love You AI Pet ("we", "us") handles personal data when you use https://iwannaloveyouaipet.com. By using the service you agree to it. We update it from time to time and say so at the top of this page.

1. Who is responsible

The data controller is the operator of I Wanna Love You AI Pet. For anything about your data, write to support@iwannaloveyouaipet.com. We have not appointed a data protection officer.

2. What we collect

2.1 What you give us. Your email address when you sign in or create an account, and your name and basic profile if you sign in with Google. Messages you send to support. We do not use passwords: you sign in with a code or link sent by email, or with Google.

2.2 Your photos and your videos. The photo you upload and the video we generate from it. A photo of a face is sensitive personal data. We use it only to make the video you asked for and to prevent abuse.

2.3 Consent records. When you start a render we record that you confirmed you may use the photo and that any person pictured is an adult, with the time and your IP address.

2.4 Payment data. Which pack you bought, the amount, the status and the transaction ID. Your card details go to our payment processor and are never stored by us.

2.5 Technical data. IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and error logs. We use cookies for sign-in and to remember settings, and analytics if enabled.

3. Why we use it and on what basis

• To provide the service: create your account, render videos, keep your balance and your video list. Basis: contract.
• To take payment, issue refunds and keep accounting records. Basis: contract and legal obligation.
• To give support and send service messages such as sign-in emails and security notices. Basis: contract and legitimate interest.
• To prevent fraud, abuse and prohibited content, including keeping consent records and handling takedown requests. Basis: legitimate interest and legal obligation.
• To understand and improve the service using aggregated statistics. Basis: legitimate interest.

We do not sell personal data, we do not use your photos or videos to train AI models, and we do not send marketing email without your consent.

4. Who receives your data

• AI video provider. To generate your video we send a link to your photo and a fixed text description to the Kie.ai API platform and the video model behind it (a Seedance model from ByteDance). They process the data to generate the result and apply their own safety filters, under their own terms.
• Cloud infrastructure. Our hosting, database, file storage and sign-in emails run on Cloudflare.
• Payments. Stripe is our payment processor. It receives what it needs to take payment, handle tax and prevent fraud, under its own privacy policy.
• Authorities and rights holders. When the law requires it, or to deal with a credible abuse or takedown report.

5. International transfers

Our providers operate in several countries, including the United States, so your data may be processed outside your own. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

• Uploaded photos: deleted automatically 7 days after upload. We may keep a copy longer only where needed to handle an abuse report or legal claim.
• Generated videos: deleted automatically 30 days after they are created. Download your video before then if you want to keep it.
• Account data: while your account is open. When you ask us to close it we delete it within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.
• Payment and tax records: for as long as the law requires.
• Consent records and security logs: for as long as we need them to handle abuse reports and legal claims.

To delete your videos or your account sooner, email support@iwannaloveyouaipet.com from your account address. We act on deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit with HTTPS. Access to production systems is limited to the operator. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR or the CCPA) you can ask to access, correct, delete, export or restrict the use of your data, object to some uses, withdraw consent and not be discriminated against for doing so. Write to support@iwannaloveyouaipet.com. We answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Children

The service is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 and the Terms forbid uploading photos of minors. If you think a child's data was submitted, write to support@iwannaloveyouaipet.com and we will remove it.

10. Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for sign-in and security, and a language or theme preference. Analytics cookies are only set if analytics is switched on. You can block cookies in your browser, but sign-in will not work without the necessary ones.

If you leave to sign in or to buy credits before generating, the photo you chose is kept in your own browser (not on our servers) for up to 2 hours so you can pick up where you left off. They are removed when you start a video, when you sign out, or when the 2 hours pass.

11. Changes

For material changes we give at least 14 days' notice on the site or by email.
