Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what you agree to

These Terms are between you and the operator of I Wanna Love You AI Pet at https://iwannaloveyouaipet.com ("we", "us").

By creating an account, buying credits or generating a video you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have read and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, and that you may enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

I Wanna Love You AI Pet is an independent online tool. You upload one photo and we use an AI video model to generate a new 14 second video in which the person or pet in your photo films a selfie in the place where the photo was taken, lip-syncs the original song to the camera, leans all the way back to belt the chorus and waves. The video is created from your photo, a fixed text description of the template and the song. It is a funny, non-graphic scene: nothing sexual or violent is shown.

2.1 Not affiliated. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any recording artist, record label, TikTok, CapCut, ByteDance, the creator of the original viral video, or any platform or person. Names are used only to describe the trend. The song in a video is a third-party recording that remains subject to the rights of its owners.

2.2 AI model disclosure. Videos are generated with ByteDance's Seedance video models, accessed through the Kie.ai API platform. We do not use the model owner's brand as our own. The model's availability and behaviour can change, and outages at the provider can delay or prevent renders.

2.3 Results vary. AI output may not look like the people in your photos and may contain visual or audio artefacts. Every video is different. We do not promise a particular likeness, quality or result.

2.4 The song. Every video plays a recording of a third-party song. The song and its recording remain subject to the rights of their owners and are not granted to you. You receive the video for personal, non-commercial use and no rights in the song: do not extract the audio, use it separately, or present it as your own. If you publish a video, you are responsible for following copyright law and the rules of the platform, and a platform may mute, claim or remove a video that contains copyrighted music.

3. Accounts

Provide accurate information, keep your login private and tell us at support@iwannaloveyouaipet.com if you think someone else used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

4. Credits

4.1 The service uses prepaid credits. You buy a one-time credit pack. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Current packs and prices are on the pricing page.

4.2 Each video costs a fixed number of credits that is shown on the generator page before you start. The cost depends on the quality (480p or 720p) you choose.

4.3 Credits do not expire, cannot be transferred and have no cash value. If your account is closed by us for a breach of these Terms, unused credits may be forfeited.

4.4 If a render fails or the photos are rejected, the credits for that render are returned to your balance automatically.

5. Payment

5.1 Each purchase is a single one-time charge for the amount shown at checkout. By completing checkout you authorise that charge.

5.2 Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

5.3 Prices are shown in US dollars.

6. Your photos, your responsibilities

6.1 You need permission. You may upload only photos of yourself, your own pet or people who have clearly agreed to appear in the video. You confirm this, and that any person pictured is at least 18 years old, each time you start a render. We keep a record of that confirmation with the time and your IP address.

6.2 Not allowed. Do not upload photos of children or anyone under 18, of celebrities or public figures, or of anyone who has not agreed. Do not use the service to impersonate a person, to mislead people about who appears in a video, or to harass, defame or deceive anyone. The full list is in the Acceptable Use Policy.

6.3 Rejected photos. Photos that fail the consent confirmation or the model provider's safety filters will not produce a video. Credits for a rejected render are returned.

6.4 Label it as AI. Videos made with the service are AI generated. When you share one, label it as AI generated and do not present it as real footage.

6.5 What you give us. You grant us a limited licence to process your photos and to create and store the resulting video only to provide the service to you, to prevent abuse and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your photos and do not use them to train AI models. Uploaded photos are deleted automatically after 7 days and finished videos after 30 days. See the Privacy Policy.

7. The videos you create

7.1 You may download and share your video for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

7.2 Your video is generated by an AI model. It grants you no rights in any third party's music, characters, footage or likeness, and you must not use it in a way that infringes anyone's rights or that suggests an endorsement by any person or company.

7.3 If you are a rights holder or you appear in a video and want it removed, write to support@iwannaloveyouaipet.com. We act promptly on credible requests and may remove content and suspend accounts.

8. Refunds

The full policy is on the Refund Policy page. If this summary and that page differ, the Refund Policy applies. In short:

8.1 Failed or rejected renders. The credits are returned automatically. No request is needed.

8.2 Unused credits. You can ask for a full refund of a credit pack within 7 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used.

8.3 Duplicate or mistaken charges. If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, we will refund the error in full.

8.4 Credits already used. Credits used for a video that was delivered successfully are not refundable, because the AI processing has already been paid for.

8.5 Statutory rights. If you are in the EU, the UK or Australia, any statutory right of withdrawal for a first purchase is kept until you first use the credits you bought.

8.6 How to ask. Email support@iwannaloveyouaipet.com with your account email and the order or transaction ID. We reply within 2 business days. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank so we can fix the problem faster.

9. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In particular you must not create deepfakes or impersonate anyone, upload photos of minors or of people who have not agreed, create sexual, graphic or hateful content, infringe copyright or trademarks, or try to bypass our safety controls. You must not use the service or its outputs to train, tune or benchmark another AI model, and you must not resell the service or use it to build a competing product.

10. Suspension and termination

We may refuse a render, remove content, or suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, is used for fraud or abuse, or when the law requires it. If we end your access for a reason other than your breach, we will refund unused credits. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to support@iwannaloveyouaipet.com.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free or that any video will match your expectations, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law that applies to you as a consumer where mandatory, and otherwise by the law of the operator's place of business. Before starting any formal proceeding, please email support@iwannaloveyouaipet.com so we can try to resolve the matter informally.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give at least 14 days' notice by email or on the site before they take effect. Using the service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
